Welcome to the Challenge!

The countdown is officially on, Thicc Thighs & Pumpkin Pie begins in two weeks! On October 29th, you will gain access to the full challenge. I restrict access until that date so that everyone has a few days to prepare, but it is as fair as possible for those who decide to submit their progress at the end of the month to receive the prize.

Everything you need for the November challenge will be accessible through the website as a challenge member! Before we get into it, let me answer some of the most frequently asked questions, but feel free to reach out if you are at all confused.

How do you view the challenge when the time comes? Super easy! There is a page labeled as "challenge." Make sure you are logged in and when you click on the challenge page, you will have full access to the challenge along with everything included!

When you initially log into your account, you may be met with a page indicating that you have no order history, but have no fear. This is not a reflection of whether or not your membership went through! Above where you see order history, there is an option to "manage memberships." Here, you will see that your membership is active and also have the ability to cancel at any time which will go into affect the following month. Each month's payment will go through on the same day as your initial purchase. Please cancel at least 2 days before your payment so you are not charged again for the next month.

I am going to do everything in my power to ensure that you reach all of your goals and stay on track during your time completing the challenges. You deserve to accomplish every single one of your goals, so I am going to provide you with all of the tools and motivation to get there! It is up to you to put these tools to use and create the lifestyle of your dreams.

Together we are stronger, let's do this damn thing!!!

If you don't already have access to a pair of dumbbells, I would recommend heading over to your local Target or Walmart to find a pair of quality dumbbells for reasonable prices!

"How much weight should I get for my dumbbells?" Great question! Everyone is a little different and has different capabilities. That means that we don't all have the same starting point, so one person's "light weight" may be another's "heavy weight." That is totally okay!

If you decide to go with a single pair of dumbbells, I would suggest getting a weight that is versatile - something that you would feel comfortable using for both upper and lower body exercises. If you plan on going with multiple pairs of dumbbells, I would suggest a "light" pair and a "heavy" pair to give yourself some variety during your exercises.

For reference, my first every exercise program was an online workout plan that required two pairs of dumbbells for just that purpose - lighter and heavier to offer versatility. I comfortably completed the program with no prior exercise experience with 5 lbs as my "light" pair and 12 lbs as my "heavy" pair!
